Unison Vineyard is a Family Estate at the heart of the Gimblett Gravels Winegrowing District in Hawkes Bay. It was established in 1993 and specialises in fine wines. Due to the consistency over the years in high quality fine wines Unison Vineyard has been rated by Jancis Robinson (Concise Wine Companion) as one of 28 up-and-coming producers world wide “... whose success seems most obvious to me at the beginning of the 21st century ...” – the only winery in NZ which has received this accolade. New Releases 2016 Reserve Chardonnay, fermented and aged in French Oak barrels this special wine has also been aged in bottle for 1 year prior to release. Vibrant Citrus and on the nose with a hint of hazelnuts. A soft wine with a refreshing finish ideal for Chicken dishes 2017 Rosé - Vibrant red Cherry colour this is a saignée of Merlot and Syrah is a classic Unison dry style rose with bags of Strawberries and Raspberries on the nose. Busting with summer red fruits on the palate this is an ideal aperitif or enjoy with Paella or a summer platter. 2015 Rocky Red - Our new vintage follows in the footsteps of the 2014 as a Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon blend.
