Each Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson will help you to better understand your movement patterns and habits. The variety of different movements in every lesson help to reconnect your brain and body - all without pain, sweating or stretching!

Who is it for?
All body types and levels are welcome. You work at your own pace and comfort during the class, so it doesn't matter if you've never tried Feldenkrais or you've been doing it for years.

When is it?
Thursday morning 10am - 11am.
The classes are held as 4-week series from Thursday 8 March - Thursday 29 March.

Where is it?
Classes are held at the Movement Works Studio, 114 Harold Holt Avenue.

How much does it cost?
Casual rate $20 (subject to space being available).

What do I wear?
Please wear clothes (trousers or shorts) that you can move in easily. You don’t need any fancy sports gear and you definitely don't have to wear lycra! The classes are done barefoot so you won't need sports shoes.

What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is yourself and a curiosity to learn.
