Tai Chi At the Beach

Grey Street, Gisborne

The aim of this course is to enable you to develop and start your own Tai Chi Routine. In doing so you will reap the benefits of learning how to move in a less tiring and more energizing way.

Combat stress through leaning undoing, non-doing (often we approach stress with the idea of doing e.g.do some yoga or do some tai chi this approach is faulty and often has bad results. Non-doing is a way of being in the moment.

As infants we know the how of non-doing these classes give us an opportunity to relearn or remember if you will non-doing and through that remembering undo the stress that has built up in the body over time) and how to Increase the flow of energy in the body by aligning with and utilizing the energy at large.
