Discover opera stars of the future at the Brayden Coldicutt Aria Competition at the MTG in Napier as part of the Easter compeitions.
Young aspiring singers perform their choice of opera aria in the preliminary concert on Saturday evening, and six are chosen by international adjudicator Conal Coad to perform in the final on Sunday night.
Other singing competition events in the Easter Festival of Song include New Zealand composition song, musical theatre, Lieder and Art Song and a Recital competition evening on Friday night.
