Our talented Sommeliers create the tasting flights for you. Perhaps you could taste some of the best Hawkes Bay Chardonnays, or perhaps compare Pinot Noir from around the world.

Take a bottle away for the night or have a case sent home.

Alternatively stay for a simple cheese board of our famous fare and a glass or two. While away the afternoon and stay for dinner as Vinotech morphs back into Bistronomy at night.

Tastings are available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
