Our working farm invites you to immerse yourself in authentic farm life through bespoke, curated experiences on one of Hawke's Bay’s most iconic sheep and cattle stations.  These include day walks, farm golf, a hot tub experience, two accommodation options and corporate offerings.

The Rabbiter's Cottage

The Rabbiter's Cottage is a delightful 2-bedroom abode that accommodates 4-5 guests. Nestled beside our garage and main house, guests share the driveway yet enjoy complete privacy in the cottage.

Tucked away alongside native remnant bush, Te Aratipi sits 600m above the Pacific Ocean, atop the century-old farm it's named after.

These off-grid, dual-cabins and their surroundings offer unparalleled privacy, exclusively yours throughout your stay. Perfect for a couple or even two.

Experience panoramic views from the Mahia Peninsula to the Ruahines, Kawekas, and even the Manawatu Gorge.

Your hosts will transfer you to this pinnacle of tranquility, a journey of approximately 25 minutes, via a Can-Am or 4WD.

Disconnect from town to roam the ancient bush, farm, and limestone plateau on foot, observe a variety of native birds in flight, gaze across the expansive ocean, count sheep, engage in board or outdoor games, read, relax in a hammock, or spend the night stargazing.
